据世界天然气网1月29日消息 美国联邦能源监管委员会（FERC）发布了一项指令，撤销了波多黎各以外的站点、在建和运营设施的Aguirre海上天然气出气口项目的许可。

美国能量贸易公司（Excelerate Energy）的浮式LNG储存及再气化装置（FSRU）专家最初为靠近萨利纳斯的波多黎各联邦南海岸提出该项目。

然而，由于情况的变化，Aguirre海上天然气出气口项目，包括监管机构有条件授权的液化天然气终端在内，于去年11月该被公司取消。

Excelerate在请求FERC撤销设施建设授权时提出，该设施包括一个浮动存储和再气化装置，其基本负载能力为5亿标准立方英尺 /日，但其停泊船只的基础设施较少，另外还有一条海底管道将天然气输送至陆上。

在审查了该公司最新的请求并考虑到Excelerate不再打算继续执行该项目后，委员会关停了该项目。

FERC ends Aguirre Offshore LNG GasPort process

The United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an order vacating Aguirre Offshore GasPort permit to site, build and operate facilities off Puerto Rico.

FSRU specialist, Excelerate Energy initially proposed the project for the southern shore of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, near Salinas.

However, as a result of changed circumstances, the Aguirre Offshore GasPort project, including the liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal conditionally authorized by the regulator, was canceled by the company in November last year.

Excelerate filed in a request to FERC to vacate the authorization for the construction of the facilities that would have included a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) with a baseload capacity of 500 mmscf/d, minimal infrastructure to moor the vessel, and a subsea pipeline to deliver the gas onshore.

Following the review of the latest request and the note that Excelerate no longer intends to proceed with the project, the commission closed the curtain on the project.
