据美通社休斯敦2月15日消息，阿纳达科石油公司今天宣布，莫桑比克LNG1公司与巴拉特石油公司全资子公司巴拉特天然气资源公司签署了一项销售和购买协议(SPA)。该销售和购买协议标的为每年100万吨液化天然气（LNG），为期15年。

阿纳达科公司正在开发莫桑比克第一个陆上LNG工厂，初始阶段由两条LNG生产线组成，总产能为1288万吨/年，以支持完全位于Offshore Area 1的Golfinho/Atum天然气田的开发。

Anadarko Announces LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Bharat 

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation today announced Mozambique LNG1 Company Pte. Ltd. has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Bharat Gas Resources Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL). The SPA is for 1 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) for a term of 15 years. 

Anadarko is developing Mozambique's first onshore LNG plant consisting of two initial LNG trains with a total nameplate capacity of 12.88 MTPA to support the development of the Golfinho/Atum field located entirely within Offshore Area 1.
