据道琼斯3月5日消息，道达尔公司周二表示，公司与俄罗斯天然气生产商诺瓦泰克公司(Novatek)签署了一项协议，将收购诺瓦泰克北极液化天然气（LNG）2号项目10%的直接股权，交易金额不详。

道达尔表示，考虑到法国能源巨头道达尔持有诺瓦泰克公司19.4%的股份以及诺瓦泰克打算保留该项目60%的股份，此次收购将令道达尔在这个位于俄罗斯Gydan半岛的LNG项目中的总持股比例提高至21.6%。

道达尔表示，如果诺瓦泰克选择将其在该项目中的直接持股比例降至60%以下，道达尔可以进一步将其在该项目中的直接持股比例提高至15%。

两家公司还同意道达尔将有机会直接收购诺瓦泰克未来在俄罗斯亚马尔和Gydan半岛所有LNG项目10%-15%的股权。

道达尔表示，北极LNG 2号项目的年产能将达到1980万吨，相当于每天53.5万桶石油当量。

道达尔表示，该项目的最终投资决定应在2019年下半年做出，首条液化生产线定于2023年启动。

DJ Total Acquires Stake in Novatek's Arctic LNG 2 Project

Total SA (FP.FR) said Tuesday that it signed an agreement with Russian gas producer Novatek to acquire a 10% direct stake in Novatek's Arctic LNG 2 project for an undisclosed sum. 

The acquisition increases Total's overall stake in the liquefied natural gas project on Russia's Gydan Peninsula to 21.6%, given the French energy major's 19.4% stake in Novatek and Novatek's intention to retain 60% of the project, Total said. 

Total can further increase its direct stake in the project to 15% should Novatek opt to reduce its participation below 60%, Total said. 

The two companies also agreed that Total will have the opportunity to acquire a 10%-15% direct stake in all of Novatek's future LNG projects on Russia's Yamal and Gydan peninsulas. 

Arctic LNG 2 will have a production capacity of 19.8 million tonnes per year, or 535,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, Total said. 

Total said the project's final investment decision should be taken in the second half of 2019, with the first liquefaction train slated to start up in 2023.
