Transneft在2017年启动了两条新输油管道，把位于西伯利亚北部和东部新投产油田与其管道网络连接了起来。

从Zapolyaryep至普尔佩的新建输油管道的初始输油产能为2500万吨/年(50万桶/天)，后期的扩展潜力可达到4500万吨/年，这条输油管道全长488公里，横跨西伯利亚西部，可向西和向东输送原油。

全长700公里的自Kuyumba至泰舍特的输油管道的最初输油能力为860万吨/年，横跨东西伯利亚的克拉斯诺亚尔斯克和伊尔库茨克地区，随后通过ESPO管道向亚洲市场和国内炼油厂输送原油。

Transneft第一副总裁米哈伊尔•格里沙宁表示：“正如你们所知，这两条新启动的输油管道初始流量低于预期，但目前情况正在改善。”

Transneft sees fast growth in Arctic, E Siberian crude pipeline flows

Transneft, the operator of Russia's trunk oil pipeline system, said Friday it expects crude flows from new Arctic and East Siberian fields into its network to more than double in 2019 and continue to grow in 2020, underpinned by the development of new reserves in Russia.

Transneft launched two new pipelines to link greenfields in northern and east Siberia to its pipeline network in 2017.

The Zapolyarye-Purpe line, with an initial capacity of 25 million mt/year (500,000 b/d) and expansion potential of up to 45 million mt/year at a later stage, runs 488 km across West Siberia, and can deliver crude both westward and eastward.

The 700-km Kuyumba-Taishet, with an initial capacity of 8.6 million mt/year, runs across East Siberia's Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk regions to the ESPO pipeline for deliveries to Asian markets and domestic refineries.

"As you know initial volumes [into the two pipelines] were lower than expected but the situation has been improving now," said Mikhail Grishanin, first vice-president of Transneft.

The situation reflects the pace of the development of the fields in new oil producing regions, he added, speaking during the company's conference call on 2018 results.
